My wife and I normally stay with relatives while in Flagstaff, but due to some family conflicts made the decision to stay at the Doubletree for this trip. Upon arrival the check in process was very smooth and receptionist found our reservation immediately and provided us keys and directions quickly. While making our reservations online I discovered the Presidential Suite was available at a comparable rate to the regular rooms which turned out to be bonus. After helping our son move all day getting to the room and discovering a full shower and Jacuzzi tub was awesome. After getting cleaned up for dinner we visited the lobby bar for a pre-dinner cocktail and found the range of micro beers plentiful, although they ran out of Oak Creek Brown Ale before I could have my 2nd beer. We ate dinner outside of the property, but came home to a nice room that was well furnished although a little dated. The only complaint I have is that about 1:30 AM our neighbors in the adjacent room decided to have a party and became loud which disrupted our sleep. We heard no train noise and found parking convenient.
