Not too impressed with Flagstaff (the City) on the whole, but the Radisson is a very good place to base. It has everything you need (except a shop of sundries) and the rooms are clean and prices reasonable. I will have to say though, their most sterling quality (and you can't say this about very many placess these days) is their service! I don't mean it is attentive and stifling, I mean everyone you deal with from check in to room service to bar and restaurant personnel are professional, knowledgeable, and just plain NICE! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I would return to this hotel solely based on the people that work there. Had a few hiccups with the stay but all resolved promptly. The sleep number beds were fun to check out too. A well run and great stay!
