The hotel advertised renovated rooms. They seemed to have updated the walls and that's it. The train runs about every 30 mins. If you're into music then just wait until about 10 pm and you'll hear the bar next door loud and clear. Actually you can hear every sniff, sneeze, fart etc... within 20 ft. of your door. The room was small and the bed was terrible. The left side was sunk in pretty bad. The shower didn't have much pressure at all. The sink would blast water everywhere when turned on. The mirror on the sink was hung low I had to duck to see to shave. The wifi was very spotty too. If given the chance we would only stay here as a last resort.

Very disappointed in this hotel. This was horrible, front desk guy was answering the phone while we were trying to check in and they were still cleaning rooms when we checked in. At 3PM! You can't check in till 3pm, and they are still cleaning, poor planning. Not only did we get the smokers station right outside our room (every time the heater turned on, the smoke smell just took over ) our bathroom wasn't even close to being clean, example while using the bathroom I noticed something on the door, get a closer look and it's a booger, Gross! The pillow case looked like it had been used, it was definitely dirty. The TV was super old and had a lovely green spot in the left hand corner, made for excellent viewing. While getting dressed I was looking in the floor length mirror and what do I see to my right?, Another booger, this time on the wall at eye level. When we went to check out, the guy didn't even ask us how our stay was, which was probably a good idea I was really upset by the whole thing. We booked 2 months ahead of time so we paid $65 a night for a king room, which is what we paid in Flagstaff last time we were here. We will never stay here again and I recommend you spend the extra money and go somewhere else. if I could give it a zero, I would.

Room Tip: Stay at another hotel.
