Our stay at this hotel was worth repeating. Other than a small amount of trash left behind by housekeeping, it was very clean and had no stale hotel odors in room. For the price it offered a lot in the way of indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. It also had a microwave and refridgerator in the room. The bathroom was large enough to move around in and it had a full tub. The wall textures, artwork, bedspreads, carpet and other decor were modern and well coordinated. The room also had sliding doors and an outside patio that we could park right behind and carry luggage through. I would also like to mention that the pool and hot tub area were beautiful and designed to look like the natural outdoors, and the elevator was glass so that you could enjoy the pool view while riding between floors.

I only have two complaints: 1. The ice machines on the first and second floor were not working so we had to go all the way to the third for ice. 2. The reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub, however, the pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub had so many children in it that there wasn't much room for adults to relax and enjoy it. If I was the hotel I would limit how many children could use hot tub if any at all under 15.

Dear guest,

We truly appreciate you taking the time to complete this TripAdvisor review! Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! It's exciting to know that you appreciated our recent refurbishments, which included a complete redesign of not only the interior of our lobby, but all of our rooms, as well. Our next project is to focus on the exterior of the hotel, so by your next stay, you may not even recognize us!

We apologize for the issues you did encounter, including the ice-machine and the hot-tub inaccessibility. We'll consider your suggestion regarding setting a "total occupancy" limit on the hot-tub. We're sorry for these inconveniences!

It's our hope to see you again in the future -- but until then, if there's anything else that you feel we could improve upon, please don't hesitate to contact me personally! I would love to hear more from you.

Sincerely,

Anna Patel

If you plan on staying in Flagstaff before or after a trip to the Grand Canyon, you can do worse than this hotel. They didn't have any bell staff when we arrived so I took my own luggage to my room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We slept comfortably. The pool has a strong chlorine smell to it when you pass by but that is becoming my experience with several hotels on this trip. The staff were friendly but for a one night stay, they were not called on much. It is located in the heart of Flagstaff so you are not very far from anything.

Dear guest,

We appreciate you taking the time to complete this TripAdvisor review. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We're happy to hear that overall, you enjoyed your stay with us -- we do, however, apologize for the shortcomings you did mention in your review (such as no bell service, and the strong smell of chlorine issuing from our pool-area).

Please know that we're working continuously on updating and improving our property, and your feedback greatly assists in that effort. If there's anything else that you feel we could improve upon, please don't hesitate to contact me directly and let me know!

Otherwise, we're happy that you felt our hotel provided you with a spacious, comfortable room, a good night's sleep, and close proximity to the downtown Flagstaff area!

Again, if there's anything else I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!

Sincerely,

My son and I stayed at this Days Hotel in Flagstaff AZ. When we arrived we noticed the bed quilt was not clean. The staff exchanged the quilts and again the next set was not clean. There were stains in the quilt that did not come out when washed. These quilts should be thrown out and new ones should be purchased. The heater did not work properly in the room. I was offered a space heater, not a different room. Totally disappointed in this hotel.
