We are very grateful for your review and we are glad that our staff worked to insure that you felt comfortable with your room. We did have some problems with one of the building doors not locking but that issue has been resolved. We have a good number of security cameras and staff monitoring them twenty four hours a day so security hasn’t been an issue. Our business king rooms have a lounge chair with an ottoman, and a beautiful solid wood desk with an ergonomic chair. We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy the room.

We are very sorry that your television did not work correctly. We took several steps to try to insure that we could resolve this issue to the best of your satisfaction. Unfortunately because you did not allow anyone to access the room to try to analyze the problem we were unable to do any troubleshooting on the television unit or cable in your room. You will be happy to know that after your check out we went into your room with the cable company and checked all of the channels and had no problem with the signal.
