The front desk staff was friendly and acceptably accomodating. We stayed on a recent night when literally every other hotel in Flagstaff was booked, and we paid over $100 for this dump. The common areas were dingy and out of date but not unclean. The room itself was tiny and skeevy. It was a non-smoking room but it reeked of cleaner and stale smoke. The stench from the cleaner was overpowering. The curtain stunk and it had moth holes all over the back lining. The air conditioner unit blew the curtain all over the place. It's also very noisy, being right beside the train track and highway.

I booked on line and sometimes you get bite, but not here. Stayed 2 nights. Motel was well maintained and modern. Motel was clean had a nice indoor pool and good breakfast. Room was great and bed comfy.I would stay again if I was in Flagstaff. A good value.

This was our last hotel on a marathon trip from California to Alabama and back. It was not a planned stop and we had to use our mobile devices to find a simple hotel to stay at for one night. I checked prices online and the quote rate was $79. When we checked in, the clerk said the going rate was $89, but was more than agreeable to lower it to $79 once I showed her the internet rate on my phone. The room was very basic. However, it was quiet, clean, had free wi-fi, a micro fridge, microwave, and was a perfect place to crash for the night. There was a Denny's and a Cracker Barrel in walking distance. Other fast food locations were also very close. The next morning, even though the breakfast area was not open at 5:30, the breakfast clerk saw me walking through the lobby and offered me some fresh coffee she had just brewed.
After having driven nearly 14 hours, this was a great place to stop and just recharge for the night.

This is a totally. DISGUSTING hotel. Filthy dirty,cramped and I'll equipped rooms, rude and insulting management, No WI-Fi!! Grudgingly the manager refused to admit that the bedside light was shorting out! Stay at this hotel at your own risk! There is no rating to describe how awful this hotel is. A building code inspector should be advised so as to inspect this building. In my opinion it will be shut down.
