I had to go to Flagstaff overnight, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel was perfect. In fact, it was so nice, I booked a second night there. It was very clean, and comfortable. The heater worked very well; the bathroom was roomy and well-lit. Actually, the room itself was larger then normal for these chain hotels, which I was impressed by. There is an indoor jacuzzi (nice, because it was snowing outside), and when I wanted some snacks, I just walked across the street to Bashas. Good location, quiet and clean. This is my hotel of choice from now on in Flagstaff.

We stayed at this hotel the 3rd and 4th of July 2007. I have never stayed in such a dump! When we arrived at the hotel the front desk employee was just lazy and rude. I paid for our stay on line (with a confirmation number an all) when we arrived I was charged more for the room when I showed the lady at the front desk my receipt from the internet she said that there was an extra utility fee and I was just going to have to deal with it. When we got to the room it was filthy, the air conditioning did not work, the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling and on the tile and to top it off their were pubic hairs in the tub. I called the front desk to tell them that the air conditioning did not work and she told me I could come up to the office and get a fan. I will never stay at this dump again.

This by far is the worst motel we ever have stayed in.
Front desk person didn't know what he was doing.
We arrived at 2:30pm, check in wasn't till 3:00, ok we said we would wait. We waited till 3:30 to get in our room, We parked outside the room and watched housekeeping watch TV. none of the rooms on that side of hotel were cleaned.
Entire motel needs remodeled. Very badly... our bathroom, had 5 different old ancients color schemes. it looks like they covered one area with one thing and another area with another thing. Beds were so flimspy, we sunk to the bottom of the bed when we sat on them. Tv was hard to turn on and hard to turn channel.
Ice machine near me had sign on it, that said, Out of order for the season, It was June.... had to walk even further to get ice and that machine was on its last leg.
The pool is the only thing this place has going for it. It was a nice large pool, my daughter loved it.
I will never stay here again.
I was so very disappointed in this place

Just wanted a clean, quiet place to spend the night before heading up to the Grand Canyon. Took one look at the room and walked out...which I have NEVER done before in a hotel ever. Smelly, wallpaper peeling from walls, torn bed linens, bathroom was filthy. Absolutely gross. Checked out immediately and went elsewhere.
