While National Parks were closed, Best Western was eager to maintain a pleasant vacation by provided excellenst service. I stayed at Grand Canyon Squire and Flagstaff Hotels. Both were excellent places to stay the night.

Great value for all the amenities that the hotel offers. The front desk ladies were friendly and very helpful in answering all my questions. The room was well equipped which contributed to comfortable experience.

We originally booked 2 nights at this Best Western, and checked out one day early. The hotel was old and dingy, with intermittent noise from trains during the night. We booked the hotel primarily because it was pet-friendly, but the front desk clerk was not very friendly when explaining their pet policy (e.g. if you leave your pet unattended in your room, we will try and call you. If we cannot reach you, we will call animal control to have the pet removed) We are responsible pet owners and never leave our pet unattended in a room, so this 'warning' made us feel very unwelcome. We checked online and booked the Drury Inn and Suites the next night - a much nicer pet friendly hotel. Also, there was no fitness center, but the breakfast was good and the Route 66 paraphernalia was nice.

The room was very clean, and we had 2 bathrooms with a sofa sleeper and King bed. Loved all of the room we had. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were better than most. The breakfast in the morning was better than expected. We were close to the train tracks, however I stayed at the Travelodge down the road and could hear the train more than I could inside my room at the Best Western. Liked the pool area, kind of wish the outdoor area by the pool had heaters, so we could of stayed out a little longer. But over all I would recommend this place to anyone.

Jeff helped us at the front desk and he totally exceeded my expectations! They have a separate building for breakfast which was cool, lots of room for hungry travelers in the morning. We walked 6 blocks for dinner, which I am coming up with a blank for the name but it was an independently owned brick oven pizza place. Great service and great food.

I have stayed here before. I like the King suite with a living room and 2 bathrooms. The location is not bad but I wish it were closer to downtown but it was just a $10 cab ride to get to my favorite eatery Beaver Street Brewery. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have added some breakfast items since i last stayed here. They now have eggs and stuff to make breakfast burritos. The coffee was good. The hotel is worn in places but it is very clean and there are no bad smells. There is no elevator. All the rooms are interior corridor and do not open up to the outside. I will be staying there again next year.

Terrific establishment. Newly renovated lobby area served my business purpose well. Kind staff directed me to a terrific dinner nearby. Well appointed breakfast area was short of ketchup which would have made meal completely satisfying. Otherwise, biscuits and hash brown mix were excellent. I will certainly be back next time through Flagstaff.
