However, I do want to extend my sincerest apologies for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay. We are actively working toward updating and improving our property, and are actually in the process of refurbishing this hotel. These refurbishments include a new rooftop, staircases, carpeting, internal paint job, mattresses, and flat-screen televisions.

While working on the aforementioned improvements, I will make sure to address the issues you expressed in your review -- however, I do believe that the issues you experienced with our breakfast area have already been resolved, via a complete remodel of our lobby area.

We're happy to hear that overall, you enjoyed your stay with us. However, we do apologize for the issues you experienced with your room smelling like "dog." We are, indeed, a pet-friendly hotel. We will address the pet-odor issue immediately, and ensure extra action is taken against it.

Please know that we're working continuously on updating and improving our property. It's worth noting that we are currently improving the interior of our rooms by applying a fresh coat of paint and installing new carpet! It's our hope that if you're traveling across the country again, you will consider a second stay with us, despite your original "average" experience!
