“Perfect Property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2011

It had all you could want. Clean, new rooms. Attractive and well-maintained public areas. A delicious and free breakfast. Great spot to explore Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. Would stay here again.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2011

My husband, teen-aged son and I spent 2 nights at the Drury Inn & Suites April 2011 while looking at Northern Arizona State. The location is perfect for both being close to (actually on the corner of) campus and a few short blocks to downtown Flagstaff. The check-in staff were cheery and helpful. The parking garage is convenient to the rooms (walk along the 2nd floor corridor). The bedroom was roomy as was the bathroom. The bath amenities were good. The rooms were clean (and I'm very watchful for this). Each evening guests are given 2 free drinks and hot finger food (hot dogs, chicken strips, celery/carrots, etc.) that could easily pass for dinner especially is you are on a budget and/or travelling with young children. We didn't partake since we were out most of the time, but I could see where this would be handy & cost effective. The breakfast was good with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast, peanut butter, coffee, tea, juice, milk and so on. In the afternoons coffee and tea are available. The hotel although full of guests was quiet. The wi-fi worked well. I would return to this hotel if we ever come to Flagstaff again.

Don't let the 3 stars I put on sleep quality fool you. This is a great hotel! After a vacation gone horribly wrong, I came to the Drury looking for some rest. The amenities and perks at the Drury can't be beat. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are VERY customer service oriented. (Eric was quick on his feet and did his best to get me a quiet room on a night when the hotel was booked solid.) The only problem I encountered was the fact that my bedroom wall seemed to be the common wall with the elevator cables. I had been upgraded to a MOST impressive suite on the top floor (they needed my 2 queen room since I was travelling alone). Anytime someone rode the elevator you could hear metal banging on metal very loudly (elevator cables, I presume). So my advice is stay at this Drury by all means, but avoid room 701. I would stay here again without hesitation, but not in that beautiful, but noisy suite!

Drury Inn in Flagstaff truly is an amazing hotel! Our room was large, clean, the pillows and bed were comfortable .....The Front Desk were all wonderful - friendly, very nice, always with a welcoming smile! The actual location is perfect - a quick walk to the old historic district of Flagstaff, a quick walk to the Riordan Mansion, very centrally located.
As to the free food - both breakfast and the 5:30-7:00 appetizers - WOW! They really do put out a nice spread, and they have a lot of tables for people to sit at. We are both vegetarians, and were able to eat the baked potatoes. (chips/pretzels/soda, etc.) The decor is very nice as well in the lobby ...what more can I say ...I wish every hotel could be this pleasant and this fantastic! We will stay here again. Great establishment!

The hotel is basically located on the Northern Arizona University campus with a nice restaurant across from it.The area felt safe and friendly. I've only stayed at a few Drury Inns, but this one was easily the best. A contemporary decor, professional staff, and accomodations that met the needs of my family. I'd love to stay here again one day. Did I mention free beer and goodies from 5:30 to 7:00? Not too shabby.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for eight nights beginning April 1, 2011. The room were large, clean and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The amenities were overwhelming, free breakfast, free drinks and a free evening buffet. The hotel is located near all the main routes out of town whether you are going north to the Grand Canyon or south to Sedona. If you are going to be in Flagstaff, stay here!

Stayed here for one night in April before heading to the Grand Canyon.
The hotel is a gem in my opinion with friendly staff and great amenities. There are free late-afternoon snack and drinks served, and the hot expanded breakfast is included as well.
I wish more hotels/inns were like this.
