“FYI: Poison ivy (late summer 2008)”

Northern Arizona has had a fairly good monsoon season this year (2008) allowing vegetation to flourish…including POISON IVY. Be aware! The Walnut Canyon (Sandy’s Canyon) area is overgrown with this poisonous plant! Ouch. Go somewhere else or, if you must (afterall, it is a beautiful area to explore), wear long pants, and have that bottle of “Tecnu” handy...
