I've stayed at Marriott's Courtyard and the Fairfield Inn and prefer the Fairfield Inn. First, it is closer to town, second, the Fairfield Inn includes a complementary breakfast, third, the rooms I've stayed in have been quieter than the room at the Courtyard, fourth, the front desk staff seems friendlier, and, fifth, the Fairfield Inn is less expensive. I also like having a complementary newspaper at the front desk as well as complementary tea and coffee throughout the day.
