Family members are spread out across Arizona so we decided to meet in Flagstaff for a reunion of sorts. We chose Northern Pines because of its convenient location to the interstate since we were coming from opposite locations.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting; the fire place added a wonderful touch which felt good on a cold day. It got better from there. The hostess was pleasant and the waitress was attentive meeting our every need during the course of our lunch.
The food was incredibly delicious. Because we were there for an early lunch/late breakfast some of us were treated to a mouthwatering breakfast of French toast that included Apple wood bacon it was delicious. Others had a scrumptious chef’s salad that did not skimp on quality ingredients. The lunch time menu also had a tempting Chicken Philly served with sweet potato waffle fries. While we were too early for the dinner menu this restaurant could easily lure us back for a tender steak or tasty fish feast.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that lives in Flagstaff (although I am sure they have found their way to this exceptional eatery) or to those who are just traveling through the area.
