This hotel has been an excellent value on our way to Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. Rooms are clean, comfortable. People are helpful. The dining\living room is awesome! For the price, you won't find a better hotel! And there is a pool!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was a breeze, Donald was very helpful, giving us tips for local dining.

The room was clean, bed is on the softer side and even though 7 pillows are provided (2 spare) we used our own. The TV has great channel selection with HBO. Small fridge and microwave are also in the room. Sound proofing is better than average, we had no noise issues. The heating / cooling unit in the window was on the noisy side and we became the thermostat switching the unit off when the room got too warm. Once we turned it off it got cold rather quickly (it was 12F over night). For 2 day stay not a deal breaker; longer stay different story.

Walmart is walking distance as is Kohl's and few restaurants. More restaurants like Oregano's, are within 10 min of driving. Int 40 and 17 are 2 min away.

The best part is the breakfast; it should be used as reference for other hotels. Anything you can think of is included. Just look at the pictures.

Check out was also easy; just sign the bill you find under the door, keep provided copy and leave it with the 'surly' clerk in the reception area. We paid $180.44 and we think we got a great value for our money.

Not much else to write for the great stay we had. When we will be in Flagstaff next year we will be staying here again. That says it all.

We stayed in this hotel because we planned to do a day trip to Monument Valley. It is easy to find after our drive from Sedona. Room is clean and comfortable for this category of hotel. The breadfast though not the best is better than basic with bread, muffin, cereal, eggs, suasages and etc, and some fruit like apples and bananas. The dining room is cosy with some christmas lights since it was a few days before Christmas and there is a fireplace too.
We left early after a good breadfast and drove to Monument Valley and spend a couple of hours there before we drove to Grand Canyon via the east entrance for a night stay at one of the Lodge.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well kept and equipped the room was for the price. The microwave and spacious refrigerator were a wonderful addition and the location made a quick stopover easy and comfortable. The noise level from traffic was to be expected, but not overwhelming.
I would definitely stay here on my way through again, it's a clean comfortable room for a great price.
