Stayed 10/9-10/13/12. We had an awesome stay here. The hotel is beautiful - lodge-like, it was very clean and the staff was fabulous. Dave, the manager was greeting folks and helping out and Elise at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Everyone was wonderful. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the mountains with a king bed - just gorgeous. The location was great and close to everything. Mattress was a bit hard for my liking so we asked for an extra comforter and use 1 as padding (problem fixed). Breakfast was good (choice of hot/cold; cold or alla carte). I would absolutely stay again and would recommend this place whole heartedly. In room: refrigerator & coffee. Lobby has coffee & tea always. There's an indoor pool and fitness center. 1.5 hr to Grand Canyon; 1 hr to Sedona; .5 hr to Williams. WalMart across the street, Olive Garden & Red Lobster next door.
