We had spend the day touring the north rim of Grand Canyon and after a quick nap decided we needed some dinner. We checked trip advisor and found Tinderbox. The menu for the day looked interesting and we decided to go. While it was about 8:30pm we were given a table, though it had to be outside under heaters. This was find even with a slight draft blowing in. We ordered 'The Board”: House Made Charcuterie, Artisan Cheeses, Breads' between us for starters (big portion for one but good for two) and Pan-Roasted Duck Breast, Cous Cous, Dried Cherries, Greens, Pan Jus and Butcher’s Steak, Horseradish Potato Skillet, Steak Sauce, Broccolini as mains. The duck was the best my wife had had while the steak was cooked to perfection. Service between course was a bit slow but gave us time to digest. A great night with great food.
