Stayed in the "Woodlands Suite" and the furniture had stains on it. TV's were old and the room could stand a good coat of fresh paint

Bed was hard, toilet didn't flush right and had to jiggle the handle so it wouldn't run all the time. Loved the shampoo conditioner and lotion. Internet sucked

This is by no means a high-end property. It is clean, quiet, and affordably priced for the Flagstaff market. The property is nicely landscaped, with beautiful flowers highlighting the public areas, even the pool area. Right off interstate 40 and I-17, very close to Northern Arizona University, lots of retail establishments within walking distance. We stayed here two nights, and the occupancy rate was very high, judging from the parking lot, and the number of people around the hotel. Seems kid friendly, with a clean pool and spa, exercise room. I heard no noise, even from the pool area, after 9:30pm. No highway noise, even though the property abuts I-40. Breakfast was marginal, and we only had breakfast there one morning, but there is enough variety to have a decent breakfast. The eggs offered appeared to be pre-fab items nuked in the microwave prior to serving. Would have smothered them in salsa, but none was available. The front desk staff was attentive to detail and knowledgeable about the area. The room and bathroom was clean every day, and everything was in working order. My impression is that this is a well managed property which is properly staffed with people who have received training. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Request a room which does not face I-40.

I'd hate to see what they would think low speed internet would be. They've got about 8 wi-fi connections, but none of them seemed to be able to serve up pages consistently -- I finally gave up on trying to pick up my email and went to McDonald's. (I called down to the front desk, but their only suggestion was to try a different wi-fi server, which I did to no avail.)

The second reason for the trip to McDonald's was that the breakfast at the Ramada was gross. Weird egg objects that looked like they were made from plastic, no fruit, and no half and half for coffee.

The room was clean, the a/c worked, and as a place to spend the night it was fine. Unless you needed to use your computer.
