The Ramada West has been my motel of choice when visiting the area for skiing. I may stay there about on average 1-2 nights a month.
Basic, friendly, affordable, and convenient.
The worst component of this lodging is the same at so many others....the AC/heater unit.
Sometimes you get lucky and the unit is not quite as loud as the one sharing a room with you on a previous trip. These units are loud. period. At least the ones at this Ramada do not cycle via a thermostat and keep you up all night.
Laundry facilities are not adequate for the size of the place.

If you're looking for a no-frills kind of place, away from the train tracks in Flagstaff this a perfect. Many amenities are within walking too. Harkins theatres, several restaurants,
Wal-Mart across the road, Kohls, etc.
