“Great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2011

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service at the hotel desk was friendly and helpful. The room had all the ammenities we needed. We ate free breakfast at the hotel in the mornings to save money. There are lots of choices so no need to eat breakfast out. Parking was a breeze. The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants - right across the street from a Wal-Mart (very convenient). The only negative comment we have about this hotel is that we had no wireless internet access either in our room orin the lobby.

For <$60 including tax! Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Good location in nice area. Breakfast consists of coffee & donuts, but for the price, good! Bathroom needs some updating but would stay again!

This is a great hotel; the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The young man working the night shift was especialy wonderful, Sean, --he provided us with useful information, an afordable rate, and was gorgeousn -(I love his dimples!) I would reccomment this hotel!

I was leary because I've stayed in several inexpensive motels in Flagstaff that are real dives, but this is clearly a cut above. For the money (less than $60), this is the best place I've stayed in flagstaff. Great location, quiet, near the university and the best restaurants in town.

I reserved 3 three back on 07/16/2011. When I arrived to check in, thge front desk clerk was NASTY, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I questioned the billing statement when I saw information not related to me. I asked for a copy of the bill and was trefused to get a copy. When arriving at the rooms the keys didn't work right away. Once inside the room there was a Very nasty odor Musky smell, the room smelled like powder, the faucet in the shower was broken, when I notified the front desk, I was told 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Also prior to arriving at the hotel we called to get the address and the same clerk hung up on my family member. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS ONE OF THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN A LONG TIME

Stayed at the Ramada West in Flagstaff for three nights with family. Poor service, noisy next to the I-40, breakfast is a minimum and only served until 09:00 am, and parking lot is used to store and move new cars (with trucks leaving at 03:30 am). Beds are made with a minimum of efforts, and personnel is indifferent at best. The only plus is that the motel is fully non-smoking. For less money and equal noise stay next door at the Motel 6, or for a bit more money and less noise and better service stay at the Hampton Inn/Comfort Inn/Marriot up the road, away from the highway.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to the Grand Canyon. Overall the stay was very comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, with clean linen. We stayed there for 3 days and slept very well. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right across from Walmart and some good restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was a little crowded and there was no place to sit. No frills but overall we had a great stay here, good value for money and we would recommend the hotel to other people.
