We stayed here for one night. As we were two couples travelling together, when booking our trip, we booked an executive suite here, rather than two separate rooms, to save some money. However, the executive suite was disappointing - more like a standard hotel room with another smaller room leading off. As there was no separate living area, those staying in the smaller bedroom had to walk through the larger bedroom to get in and out.
There was only one bathroom, which was reached by a door from both bedrooms, but it was tiny, and the locks didn't work, so we had to use a system of knocking. In addition, one of the bathroom door handles didn't work every time and the other didn't work at all. Normally we would mention something like this to the hotel and request a different room, but as we arrived late in the evening and were leaving early the next morning, we didn't want to waste time moving. The room would have been great for a family, but was not ideal for unrelated people as there was no privacy due to its small size.
On the plus side, the girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and although we arrived late for breakfast, the man in the breakfast room was very kind and brought food back out for us. In addition, the hotel is very convenient for downtown Flagstaff.
