“Not bad for the PRICE!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013

The hotel is a little outdated, but it is well kept and the staff really do a good job to make the best out of what they have. We did have trouble with the shower not having hot water the first morning of our stay, but other than that everything was okay. The breakfast is not one of the best a hotel has to offer, but it did serve its purpose. However, for the price we paid for this hotel I would consider staying here again, because for the time spent in the room I'm only looking for a clean room, nice bed, and a hot shower. They only failed one of those needs just the first night.

I don't like the decoration of the hotel it look alike old place and also the breakfast, and I don't feel comfortable and I can't sleep because it wrote behind the door "please lock the door for your protection" that was make my scare from the hotel and make me also thought they were some problems happened before. I'm sorry for saying that but that really what I thought about the hotel. Thanks,

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We here at the Ramada Murfreesboro Tn. are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Most hotels do display those signs to remind people to take extra care when traveling.
Again, we are deeply sorry to know that your stay was uncomfortable and not up to your standards. We hope that does not prevent you from trying the Ramada brand name at a future date.

Sincerely,

Staff were excellent andowner personally made sure everything was satisfactory. Better than average breakfast. Convenient to the Interstate and easy to get to. The owner and staff try to be above average with service and attitude, and by doing so I will stay here again.

The hotel looks dated and needs a definite upgrade. The locks on the doors still have an old computerized key system. The desk clerk said that people are always losing the keys and said it cost about $4 to replace them. He also said it was to costly to upgrade to the new card system at $40 per lock. I am pretty sure the new system would save them money in the long run. Breakfast was ok, nothing major, needs more fruit. Stayed for a soccer tournament. We paid $109 a night because we had to go thru the tournament but when we were waiting, a price was quoted at $79 a night. This was questioned but was told she knew nothing about it and that we had to go through the tournament. Definitely will look at other hotels in the future.
