“A mainstay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

We like the bar experience here. Good drinks (a tad pricey) good appetizers ... And we split an entree sometimes too. While not exciting, consistently good and good attentive service.

“Consistently Outstanding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

Once again we had another terrific meal here. Loved our food and drinks, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Loved the trout which was on their dinner specials list. Took home the coconut pie which is delish if you've never tried it before! We love that we can count on a nice, clean atmosphere, freshly made food, and great service when we come here to eat. Thank you Bonefish for having some of the best wait staff in the Boro' who are not only knowledgeable with the menu, but are down to earth, friendly, and professional.

“Better Than A Chain”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

The food is excellent. Bang bang shrimp is their signature app and it is awesome! Shrimp tacos are top notch, steak is well worth it, in fact, there has not been a less than exceptional meal delivered to anyone at the table any of the several times I've been here.
Great standard fare! Easy to make this place a regular dining experience.

“Grammatically incorrect, but "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

First time I have ever been even remotely disappointed here. A favorite of ours is of course the Bang Bang Shrimp...a moderate size serving of spicey fried shrimp served on top of a bed of chopped lettuce in a white bowl. I dump it all on the provide underplate and eat is like a salad. Actually an appetizer, but good enough for an entree - then. Now, the serving size seems smaller - the presentation is definitely small. It is now served in a small square saucer on a few pieces of lettuce. The larger serving of lettuce made it doable, as mentioned before, as an entree - priced at a few cents shy of $10, it now has the appearance of an appetizer. The lettuce is also necessary to tame the richness and spice of the breading on the shrimp - almost like a shrimp po-boy without the hoagie.

Entrees come and go on their menu which I realize is necessary to stay competitive and keep it fresh, but you find something you like and on your next visit it is no longer available - for instance the Shrimp Pad Thai I had the last time we were here. This time I had "Lily's Chicken" a staple on the menu that was bulleted as a customer favorite. Not this one. Chicken breast with goat cheese, sauteed spinish, artichoke hearts and a lemon basil sauce. The combined flavor profiles of these ingredients just didn't work for me.

It still has the best atmosphere of most places and I do still recommend it.
