“Lots of stores”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

Typical mall but offered a lot for children. Found it to be clean but not a lot of restaurant choices...still a nice mall.

“Arthur Treachers!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2012

Conveniently located across the (long!) walkway from the Steamtown Historical Site, the food court is right inside & a great place to grab lunch. Visit their website for full restaurant listings but for me it was Arthur Treacher's where I could relive childhood memories from back when my town had one. The same counter also served Nathan's hot dogs, favored by my fellow travelers, & Kenny Rogers Roasters chicken. Something for everyone!

“Upset with the mall”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2012

We were upset because when we got to town the mal was closed and in the morning it didn't open until 10 am. We are huge Office fans and the only reason we came to town was to take pictures of Office structures. We got excited because the doors were open a little after 9 am but alas a guard told us we could not go and get pictures of the sign. Most malls let you walk around even if the stores are closed. The friendly sign at the parking area should have explained it all-Parking opens at 10 am to public for ACTIVE shoppers! Get the sign out of the mall then!!!!! We ended up leaving without seeing it at all. We drove around earlier and saw some of the other sights but they should be proud of the show.

“Went to see the Welcome to Scranton Sign, Ended up doing some shopping”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

I went to The Mall at Steamtown to check out the Welcome to Scranton Sign seen at the beginning of "The Office". The sign is located in a convenient location near Boscov's and a staff member at a nearby store was nice enough to take a picture of me with it. There are some nice stores in this mall and it is bright and clean. The only issue here is the parking garage. It is convenient but it is very dark and dingy. Other than that a great place to visit especially if you are a fan of "The Office"

“Looking for the Dundler Mifflin shop...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2012

We heard there was a Dundler Mifflin shop and since we are Office fans we headed there to check it out. But unfortunately it was not there. Maybe because it was Monday, it was supposed to be in the middle of the Mall, on one of those moveable carts. Other than that it is a cute Mall.
