“Food as expected, but service makes up for it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2012

Typical Irish fare, a little too much balt in some dishes and way too much vinegar in the beans ( served with Irish Breakfast), large portions. Try the chocolate cake, though. Very sweet waitstaff, although a little slow.

“Great Bartenders!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

We stayed at a hotel across the street and just wanted a quick meal so we stopped in here. There were no tables available so we decided to eat at the bar. Lindsey was our bartender and her partner was Heather. They were great; friendly, efficient, and professional. The food was pretty much typical American Irish pub food but at the top of the scale. They also had a nice selection of beer and whiskeys. with the size of the crowd they had for a Monday night, I would say others agree with me that it is a fun place to go.

“Killed my Dare”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2012

Across the street from the lackawanna Hotel, we had to give the place a try. Smoking is allowed in certain areas of the restaurant, if that is a concern. We ate outdoors, but still had pre and post meal smokers nearby, Shared the soup with sausage with a beer and was out the door rather quickly.

“Irish history combined with good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012

The Irish food was great. The restaurant is decorated to show four aspects of Irish history. Ask your server to explain the decor.

“very ethnic”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012

The food is good and the restaurant is very pretty, many items brought over from Ireland. The emphasis though is beer party!, not my style.
