Pros - I LOVED the artifacts. Signed Naismith ball, his original rules of the game, a 1911 Murad tobacco card, several of Mikan's game items, and that's just in one room .... the list goes on and on. Pre WWII artifacts up to Magic, Bird, Dr. J, ... they all have items there. I was surprised to see items there from players that aren't in the Hall. They had jerseys and shoes from players like Paul Pierce, Lebron James, and Dwyane Wade. The museum store is pretty typical of any gift shop. $20 for a t-shirt or hat - in line with any other gift shop.
Cons - The 3rd floor needs some work. Several of the labels inside the encased items had fallen so I didn't know whose shoe, shorts, ball, etc. I was looking at. I was also there to see Nike's Michael Jordan display. It was nice, but I expected more artifacts.
