My wife and I stayed in the Hurley Bird cottage for our honeymoon. We couldn't have planned it better between arriving during the peak of the leaves changing, great weather and Hank and Wiley providing us with perfect service and friendship. The Hurley Bird was the perfect size for us and could not have been more comforting. Piney Hill is just minutes from town and Skyline Drive, but has a wonderful country setting. It was great to spend the days enjoying the trails and then come home (yes, it felt like home) to some good local wine (check out the stores in town and grab a bottle of the blackberry wine) and getting cozy on the couch. The breakfasts are amazing and are delivered to the front door in a picnic basket every morning around 8:45 with a slight but polite knock on the door. We also went with the relaxation package and didn't regret a single penny we spent on it. The couples massage was wonderful and done in the privacy of the cottage by a mother-daughter team who could not of been more nice and professional. The icing on the cake was Mrs. Prissy, one of the cats would run to great us whether we were coming or going. When it came time to leave we didn't want to go. We look forward to making many more trips to Piney Hill in the future. Hank and Wiley were perfect hosts who provided us with the best honeymoon we could have experienced. Thanks so much Hank and Wiley!!!
