The rooms and beds were comfortable, but overall condition was a little run down. It suited this portion of our trip well as we were hiking and enjoying the great outdoors, so we didn't need anything fancy. The breakfast was delicious. Our 17 and 19 year old sons also loved everything Sharon made. Sharon provided great tips on how to best enjoy the parks and where to eat dinner nearby. The cookies left for us in the evening were a nice treat!
The rooms were very quiet to my surprise. There were other guests staying in the house, but I never heard them. We had our own little suite that had two rooms, one with twins beds and one with a queen bed. In between the rooms was a bathroom. It was very nice to have our own little private area. I'm picky about my sleeping temperature, but I was comfortable, especially with the window open and fan on.
