“Great location close to sequoia np”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Stayed in a double room. It was comfortable with a large comfy bed, good bathroom with powerful shower and heater. The decor might not have been modern but it made the room seem cosy. The cons were that the WiFi signal was very weak and our room was next to the main road so was noisy when the window was open. It would also have been useful if the breakfast had been a bit earlier ( it was from 8am and we always left before 8 to go on hikes so could not try the breakfast pastries).

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the main road

We stayed at the hotel for one night only. Very smelly. Rooms need renovation and paintings. New carpets a must. Bathroom was very old. This motel is more like a cabin style. Front desk people were great. Close to the park. Beautiful view of the mountains.

This well run older slightly rundown 50's decor motel is a good bet. Very close to the town of Three RIvers and it's services it also is very close to the south entrance to Sequoia National Park. Rates were very good and the staff was helpful.

Neighbor decided to run three weed wackers at 7 am so the quiet aspect was not there for us.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2015

Visited in February 2015 with the wife for a long weekend vacation. This is a small motel built probably in the 1960s. It is reasonably clean. However, it is time for new carpet, flooring in the bathroom, bed, tv, chairs. This is a budget motel, and for $90 with tax, it was ok for the price. Given this was off peak time, it was slightly high, but maybe I am too cheep. The staff was nice. The location is close to the park.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a fireplace, but they do charge extra for using it.

Quaint little place which was ideal for my wife and me who were there to see Sequoia NP.
The rooms were a little dated but clean and the staff was very nice. The views were spectacular and the rates were reasonable. I'd definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was convenient to the Saquoia National park. That is the only positive thing that can be said about it. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and when travelling with two babies cleanliness is of the utmost priority, it was as though when the hotel was built that was the last time it was cleaned. Breakfast was a poor excuse of a meal and what was offered was very limited, there where no tables to sit at so it became a juggling act.
