“Falls?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2012

It was a nice walk in the forest (deer, bears, ...) but unfortunately there was no water in the river, which is a bit of a downer for a waterfall. Never mind, next time come in Spring.

“Popular trail but heed the signs and don't go on the rocks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

Great easy walk. At the end there is a very clear sign saying GO NO FURTHER. Sadly one family chose to ignore this and a child broke her arm. Luckily for them the Rangers came to the rescue!

“Hike from Lodgepole to Tokopah Falls”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

Lovely hike -- only wish there was more water! Late in the season and we've been in a drought. Relatively easy trail -- 3.4 miles, and a round trip took about 2 hours (and I'm 70).

“Worth the hike!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2012

We hiked to the falls, not sure what to expect. It was breathtaking! There was still some snow on the mountains and the water was running fast. As you approach the falls you'll be greated by marmots who live in the rocks. They are very cute and opportunists at finding food in hikers backpacks.

“hiking the falls”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2012

Beautiful scenery, however at the very end of the trail it is very rocky and slippery, I would not recommend climbing it with young children
