“Beauty and convenience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012

Grant Grove was beautiful, and the trees are overwhelming. The road to and from the grove can be very curvy, and we had a teenager in the car who was quite carsick. Grant Grove village was convenient for carsickness pills, soda, and other needs.

“Pretty good food and decent prices for inside a National park.”

Order the Sequoia Cheese burger and split it with a friend. The basket of fries will feed everyone at your table.

“IMPRESSIVE! good old Ma nature”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

EZ walk around on paved path to GREAT BIG trees, ample parking and restrooms. Thought the $1.50 for a trail guide was too much but found it well worth it by the end of the trail.

This grove of giant prehistoric redwood trees are among the oldest and largest living things in the world. The place is uncommercialized and is very spiritual.

Majestic trees in a lovely setting-not too far from the central valley, makes a great get away.
