We were a tiny bit underwhelmed with Grant Grove, but we still enjoyed our time there. The General Grant tree was cool to see, but after a day of sightseeing basically looked like all the other sequoias we'd seen. The fire scars on some of the nearby trees were really neat, there were several other giant sequoias you could actually get up close to, and there was an old cabin to check out. Also, there was the tunnel tree that you could walk through, which was fun. The 0.5 mile loop walk was lovely, and had enough side trails to keep us interested.
