“Pricey but excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

This is a great way to see the park if you have one day to see it in. You'll get great firsthand information from Paul who has basically grown up in the park and its environs. He is dedicated to making sure everyone has a good trip and is passionate about the ecosytem in the park. We got to see bears and deer, by chance. That was an amazing event for us all. The cost might be prohibitive - 88 dollars per adult and 50+ dollars for children but I think you could do this more cheaply by driving to Wuksachi lodge and being picked up there for the half day tour - try that, it's basically the same tour but without the meadow - which is pretty special.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

i visited the sequoia national 3 times already in the past, but my latest visit with my daughter was truely a wonder. we toured almost the entire park,we took the free shuttle bus and we walked. before i really did not appreciated the beuaty of the nature, but now when i looked and touched the tallest and biggest sequoia trees,i was amazed ,it's really wonderful to be close to those big trees. i enjoyed our drive, the winding road, the serenity of the place, it was awesome.

“The best experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

We only had 2 days in Sequoia last September so this was the best way to see the main places of interest. We were the only two people on the tour so we had a personal tour guide for the day. We got to do some things off piste as well as the main points such as Morro Rock and General Sherman. Paul our guide was very knowledgable about the park and also a very good driver. We would not have seen the things we did if we had not taken this tour. Thank you Paul.

“Fun, Fascinating and Educational”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

My brother and I came to Sequoia with great expectation for a wonderful experience and our hopes were met. Our guide Sheila was informative, friendly and you could really tell that she was enjoying herself. We were paired with an interesting group of companions...a group of Hungarians and a wonderful senior couple. I think everyone on the tour had a good time.
We learned a lot about the park, its trees and other natural sights. I was able to take some spectacular pictures of the park. We also enjoyed our lunch at the hotel and were able to take a nice hike near the General Sherman tree to work it off. We also got good advice on how to book a Crystal cave tour the next day, which we enjoyed.
