There are few things as satisfying as a good, hearty breakfast made from fresh ingredients and made with flavor and care. We Three provided me not only a great breakfast, but the best meal I had in three days in Three Rivers.
The menu is full of traditional breakfast items: eggs, pancakes, French toast, omelets, etc. There aren't any big surprises, but the quality of ingredients and preparation make them stand out. There's no sign of prepacked, food-service ingredients. Everything seems fresh and handmade. Portions are hearty without weighting you down for the rest of the day. Service is attentive, even when the kitchen was clearly falling behind.
The kitchen definitely had trouble keeping up on what seemed to be an active but not terribly busy morning (although there were a couple large tables that arrived around the same time I did), and they had trouble getting everything for the table ready at the same time. But the service kept everyone aware of what was going on and helped make the situation more bearable.
But the food was well worth the wait. It was a great breakfast.
