“A good deal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

Reasonably priced rooms, clean rooms, laundry room services available, great breakfast, good location right off interstate. About 10 minute drive into center of Santa Fe. Pool, jacuzzi, free popcorn and DVD movies.

For the price (through Living Social) and location (pretty far away from anywhere you want to go in town), this was a nice place. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortably hard. One of the best free breakfasts I have EVER had at a hotel, hands down! (They had a giant bowl of green chiles! If you're from the west, you know how important that is.) They also had these delicious pinon muffins at breakfast and in a glass stand in the lobby - you could even request the recipe from them.

Dear RachelD,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. We do pride ourselves in our signature muffins as well as our breakfast. I am sorry to hear that you felt the bed was hard and would like to look into that further if you would like to send me a private message. Our mattresses are pillow top and I have not received a complaint before about them being hard.
Again thank you for your review and we look forward to serving you again the next time you are in Santa Fe.

Yours truly,

Victoria

This is my second stay and the rooms are nice, clean and have the amenities I need. The coffee in the cafe is very good as is the breakfast and there is a good variety from day to day too. The hotel was in a good location for my purposes, about half way between downtown and my business visit, which was about 12 miles outside of town. Being just off I-25 was very convenient too!

I booked the hotel with my Southwest Airlines more rewards program. The hotel was in a great location we were able to be just about anywhere within a few minutes without having to get in the Santa Fe traffic mess. The hotel was clean, free hot breakfast. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing they could do to make our stay more comfortable is to invest in better pillows so bring your own, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and lumpy. This will be our go to hotel great place at a cheap price.

We recently stayed overnight at the Inn at Santa Fe, using a Living Social coupon for a great price. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a room safe. We really enjoyed the amenities, including the outdoor pool, which was remarkably well heated; the weather was chilly during our stay but the water was warm. We also appreciated the hot tub and sauna. The exercise room on the third floor was not as nice -- just four pieces of very basic equipment, in need of some TLC. (We gave up using it and instead took a morning run around the huge, empty parking lot of the adjacent shopping outlet, which had a surprisingly nice view of the mountains.) Complimentary muffins at check-in, and breakfast in the morning, rounded out the hotel's perks nicely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is not, as others have noted, right by Santa Fe's main tourist attractions, but it's an easy drive to get wherever you'd like to go in the area, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants very nearby. We would be glad to stay here again.

Room Tip: We had a third-floor room facing the parking lot, which worked well for us.

I decided to take a quick trip to Santa Fe to relax. I wanted a hot tub, and a nice place to relax with a decent restuarant on site and away from downtown. And a reasonable price.! Well, this is the place. Excellent staff, great restuarant with a nice atmosphere. Hot tub, dry sauna. The ONLY drawback was the noise of Cerillos road at night, but close the windows and you could not hear it. Their was no bathtub in our room, but that's OK, I like showers. For the price, you could not find a better deal
And the front desk are just WONDERFUL! Every single person went out of their way to make your stay pleasant I WILL go back!

Room Tip: Choose a room facing the pool, that might have a little less road noise

Recently took my 2 sons on a ski trip and took advantage of a Deal Chicken deal. The Hotel was perfectly situated off the I-25 making for an easy commute to the areas attractions.
Hunter the Front Desk agent was exceptional. He went above and beyond in anticipating our needs.
The only negative was not the hotels fault, but the rooms are rather small and with 2 teenage boys, it made for a pretty messy sight.
They have a lounge on property that seemed to feel a little overwhelmed by the number of people they were attempting to service. They would be better off with drinks and light appitizers, than trying to offer full menu items. There are many restaurants within a mile of the property. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and was very good.

Room Tip: When traveling with teenagers or other grown adults, opt for booking two rooms if staying for multip...
