“Best choice in downtown Santa Fe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2010

This is a great hotel in a great location. Our room was large and comfortable, decorated in serene Southwestern style. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge area with a fireplace and many sofas to have a drink together. Simply loved the relaxing massage at the spa. The restaurant has a great menu with organic choices. And the location is superb - close to all the downtown sights and to the State Capitol, too.

This hotel is in the best location with the best staff and the most comfortable rooms. Wow, we were amazed how the hotel staff used our name and seemed to really care about us. And the fact that we were right downtown, with everything at our fingertips was fantastic. The concierge staff helped us with recommendations and I have to say Josephene at the front desk was really caring and sweet. We loved Luminaria Restaurnt. We ate at the patio and thought it was the most romantic place every, plus the food was great. The spa was quiet and relaxing and our couples massage was the best ever! We have found our home in Santa Fe and will never stay anywhere else.

This Inn stands out as one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The room was luxurious, the bar/restaurant was very good, and the location superb.

Valet was very friendly and helpful, front desk as well. The room was very nice, with a great little sitting area and a great balcony with a view of the hills. The bed and bedding was so comfortable that I got a wonderful nights sleep. I did not use many of the hotel's ammenities, but it is located right on the Plaza with walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. I have stayed at the neighboring La Fonda before and would much prefer Loretto in the future. I would certainly reccomend the hotel to anyone traveling to Santa Fe, and am already starting to plan 2 more trips back! Loved it!

The Loretto will provide you with a luxurious haven in the heart of Santa Fe. It is within walking distance of Tomasito's. It is quiet and you will be well cared for. At certain times it is a bit pricey.

We traveled with friends to Santa Fe & they suggested booking at the Inn of Loretta. The room had a special rate of $149. Location is only a block or 2 from the square, has a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Loved the bar and happy hour specials. The staff was wonderful. Beautiful rooms and ours had a balcony. The bath/sink area could have been roomier but that would be my only suggestion. For the price, it was great. Loved it and will stay again. The location is perfect for walking to shopping and other restaurants.

The hotel was all around great. The staff and service was terrific, the room was spacious, and the spa was amazing! If you plan on eating at the restaurant located in the inn, I'd strongly recommend the 16oz. rib eye. It was by far the largest cut of meat I've ever had and also the best tasting. The crab cake was to die for! This place really added to my experience of Santa Fe, and really allowed me to enjoy my vacation. The environment at the spa was very relaxing and I was able to enjoy every bit of my massage. I would strongly recommend the Inn and Spa at Loretto for other travelers who are looking to enjoy their time in New Mexico.
