You cannot go wrong with a Hilton. Great location near the square and all of the activities. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast is pretty standard, but could not beat the price as part of a package.

You are very right ... although we do have an expansive offering in 40 inch LCD / HiDef ...in each room... and we do offer HBO for families ...we do not offer some of the other channels.

Ours is a very family friendly environment and we have extended that focus to our TV channel lineup.

I am sorry about the pool … the renovation did take longer than we had thought and I am sorry.

We do hope you stay with us again soon.

Well situated. can be a little noisy in the morning as my room was at pool level. Nice decor, esp the bathroom which has great lighting. Hot tub is good as is the pool. Outdoor fireplace is a nice touch. Staff can be more friendly but overall is professional and courteous. Would come back again.

We've been coming to Santa Fe for over 30 years and staying at this particular Hilton many times. Why? Because no matter who answers that phone, we know we'll be accommodated with over and above service. We are pampered, catered to, and served. In return, we are grateful. This is a place to enjoy some of the goodness of Santa Fe. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely rooms. Clean, comfy. But Memorial Day weekend and the pool is being "refinished and will be done Monday." ?? Now?
Dog friendly is a real plus, but no trash anywhere outside means people are leaving bags of dog waste and empty bottle outside all the exits.
For the price, please go the extra distance.

I am sorry about the pool ... it did take a few extra days to complete. I hope you will be back to enjoy it soon and I am sorry for the delay. We are dog friendly (and very proud of that) and I think it is a great idea to provide additional facilities for those guests. Thank you so much for your comments

Our stay found the hotel to be fine as far as the room however as far as value the rest of the facilities were disappointing at best. The room was comfortable, well- appointed, quiet and located well. However the pool/spa was closed (mid-May), the restaurants were poor, bar closed at 10 am on the weekend, no trash cans outside the building or in the foyer led us to be very disappointed.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the second floor if possible as that is the main floor but the rooms are away from...

The hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Its appeal ends there. The front desk staff barely acknowledged guests; did not communicate when our room type was unavailable (casita) and placed up in a standard room right near the stairway and located by the junior/senior prom that was held that night; didn't honor the revised room rate when we didn't receive the upgraded room reserved on the internet. It is an expensive hotel and the expectations of service from a Hilton were not met.

I noticed you are from Santa Fe ... thus I hope you give us another chance. I would love to show you that we are better then your comments suggested.

A New Hotel means next to nothing if the service is not there to back it up … I agree. We have taken your comments to heart and we are always interested in hearing our guest’s thoughts and ideas.

Thank you!

My wife and I spent two nights at this HIlton which has a great location very convenient to the plaza area and many shops and museums. We could walk to the plaza in a few minutes. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. It is very quiet and has some food and beverage facilities available.

The staff was good and friendly, and they were helpful, answering questions very pleasantly. We are used to staying at Hilton facilities and this was no exception to the nice facilities they have.

The cost was a bit high, but not totally unreasonable, considering the location.

Bloomington! ... small world...I grew up right down the road. I am delighted you liked Santa Fe and the hotel ... please come back this summer, the festival season is incredible and weather can not be beat anywhere in the south west ... warm summer days and cool summer nights.
