The rooms were just OK. A little bit dirty,a little bit dingy, a little bit worn. Not bad for the price, but next time I'll spend a little more and get more.

Can't say anything good about this place except it's near I-25. When we arrived they were replacing a plate glass window which had been busted out from the inside by someone's head by the looks of it. The beds and pillows were horrible as was the tiny bathroom which had no hot water in the morning. Stains, peeling wallpaper and mold everywhere, no bugs though that we could see. Breakfast average but very crowded and only a few tables. The pool area is nice but freezing cold even though they say it is heated. Very disappointing for a Best Western!

Ran out of hot water for showers/baths by 8:00 am. "Jacuzzi suite" #201 is fine except for the bathroom. Has a Jacuzzi that is so stained and chipped it is repulsive. Towel bar to hold bath towels is broken. Bathtub grout moldy. Bath trim at foot of jacuzzi is falling off revealing filth and mold. I complained to front desk but nothing happened.

Check your bathroom before you select a room!

To say this place is a dump is to be kind. The lobby door came off the hinges when we walked in - the room was filthy - there was a hole next to the fridge that looked like it had been made by rats. The balcony was gross - old food and cigarette butts in the corner, carpeting that looked like it had been there for 20 years and never touched. Sheets were disgusting. Lingerie was missing after the maid had been in - when I complained at the front desk they said they would keep an eye out for it.

If you have a choice between staying here and sleeping in your rental car, you would be better off choosing the car. Whoever runs this hotel should be ashamed.
