Free parking a plus! Location a plus! Great staff and pretty quiet (however, few guests during the week in Feb). We had a room with two queen beds (#26) and the beds were comfortable and clean - the only drawback was that there was no room to sit anywhere but on the bed but we weren't there that much so really wasn't a problem. Nice that we could eat a good breakfast (toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, very cold milk, coffee, tea...) and then walk to many of the locations we were headed. Flamenco Dance/bar/tapas were offered on the same block so we had a very short walk home in the brisk Feb. weather. Right across the street from the Public Library (computer access for printing our next day's boarding passes). Only problem was that the espresso bar in the same building area had a plumbing problem which backed up the toilets in several rooms including ours... but... the staff kindly put us in two rooms with king-sized beds for the night until repaired AND gave us a bottle of complimentary champagne! They left out a LARGE decanter of brandy at night (would have been nice to drizzle over ice cream). Staff leaves at night and you must enter the back door (after 7pm). We heard that the people who were running the B&B did not renew their lease so I am not sure what changes will occur with new management. The price was very reasonable and location couldn't be beat. Would stay there again.
