“A friendly B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW

Inn on the Paseo has a great location walking distance to the plaza and to many good restaurants. My room was clean and quiet with a second door going out to the parking lot, a plus.

Breakfast was amazing! I loved the Southwest frittata with just enough chile to make it interesting but not over the top hot. Lots of berries, scones, yogurt, and lovely pudding made it a delicious but pretty healthy start to the day.

The owners were friendly and very helpful to me when I needed directions or advice on where to buy New Mexican chile (Saturday Farmer's Market} and how best to take it home in my carry-on luggage.

I would definitely stay there again when I return to Santa Fe.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back are quieter.

Our visit to Inn on the Paseo was all that we expected and more. Just a few minutes walk to the plaza and with wonderful walking across the road and up the hill, we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful; we wanted to stay longer just to devour more coffee cake. Beds are firm and comfy and we enjoyed the outside patio for an evening glass of wine before venturing out to the myriad of close-by restaurants. We'll be back to the Inn on the Paseo.

Terry and his daughter, put our visit to Santa Fe over the top. Their honest hospitality was everything that service should be. The location was perfect. We will stay there every time we go to Santa Fe. Don't miss Terry's breakfast!!

Terry and daughter, Rebecca, do a fabulous job with this inn. They are fairly new owners and have pretty much worked out all the kinks and details. They are slowly refurbishing. The inn is very clean and the breakfasts were fabulous. They were very helpful in guiding us anywhere we needed to go. The Paseo road is horseshoe shaped around the heart of Santa Fe and very convenient to most tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We had a queen garden room on the lower level and it was very quiet; there could be 10-15 people having breakfast when we arrived on the scene and we heard nothing. Would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to stay downtown when visiting Santa Fe, NM yesterday. Most of the standard hotels were very expensive and then they have the nerve to charge extra for parking. But Inn on the Paseo is a refreshing change. It has about 20 rooms in 3 or 4 nicely appointed houses that are joined together into one building from the inside. There is also ample free parking in a lot in back of the buildings. And it is a short walk to the Plaza and to many great places downtown. This place is under new ownership for the past year, the Inn Keeper/owner Terry is a recent transplant from Minnesota. The Inn is more like a cozy B&B with good attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable. Our hearty breakfast this morning was delightful. This is definitely one of the better B&B type places I have stayed in. I would stay here again if I have the chance to return to Santa Fe. Don't miss this one.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back if you are concerned about road noise.

What a wonderful place to vacation! My wife and I had never been to Santa Fe so didn't know what to expect. Upon arriving the owners, Rebecca and Terry, took us in as if we had all been friends for decades. For starters the room was immaculately clean and neat, a very important detail to my wife. The breakfast was out of a 5 star restaurant or the food channel; Terry really knows what he is doing and his passion for cooking shines through. And last but not least, location location location. The plaza was a stones throw away and Fort Marcy is directly across the street for the best view in the entire city! Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic experience! Everything was perfect. The Inn is located within a short walk to the Plaza, shopping, galleries, restaurants and more. We stayed in the loft king suite on the upper level of the Inn (tucked away with its own staircase and a large Jacuzzi tub). The Martinson family couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable. The daily breakfasts were delicious and we we're always looking forward to seeing what was on the menu the next day. There was always a freshly baked afternoon treat of some sort along with tea and a Keurig with a selection of coffee. The free wifi, free parking, luxury linens and toiletries, top everything off to make this place one of Santa Fe's best kept secrets! We will be back again!
