“Not impressed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

I'm not impressed. We asked for an early check-in, was not possible, check in time is 4 pm, but nobody was there at 4! 3 families were waiting! When we finally checked in, it was 4.30 already. We booked a family room. A king bedroom with a two twin beds attached. Only one small outdated bathroom. The king bed matress needs to be replaced immediatly, old, bad. There was a bad smell in the room, wifi was not working well and there was some hair in the bathtub. For the price you pay you can sleep in a good hotel with a comfortable bed and working wifi.

The location is good by the way. You can walk to the historical town in a few minutes.

Everything from booking the room to check out to just staying there, was very easy and carefree. The staff are very warm and friendly people who provided great service and the breakfast (We were only able to eat there one morning) was delicious and healthy(and gluten free for me). The room was very clean, quiet and the A/C was very much utilized since it was hot over the 4th of July weekend. When we got there, our room was beautifully decorated with roses and rose petals and a nice fruit and cheese tray (Romance Package). I would most definitely recommend this Inn, to my family, friends, and colleagues and I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Talk to the inn keeper about which rooms would be best - based on your reason for travel. It was all...

Six friends and I spent a wonderful weekend at the Inn on the Paseo. Easy walking distance to the Plaza! The food was delicious and the owners went above and beyond duty helping us to celebrate a 60th birthday and making us feel very welcome! The room was wonderful and I loved the shower! Would visit again!

The 4pm check-in time is absurd and nearly caused me to pass on the reservation. Now I wish I had because it created quite a hardship for our brief visit. Though you can't beat the location, the room was underwhelming and so small we could barely turn around in it. And though I had requested gluten-free breakfast when we checked in, there was none available the next morning (though others were provided gluten-free options). Not at all what I was expecting.

We enjoyed our three night stay at Inn on the Paseo! The Inn was about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza. It is also located across the street from Fort Marcy Park where you can view wonderful sunsets. Our room was small, but comfortable and cool in unseasonably hot weather. The breakfasts were talilored to meet my gluten and dairy free needs. We would choose to stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at the Inn on the Paseo. It was just as wonderful as the first. We loved the large deck for early morning coffee followed by scrumptious breakfasts that are cooked on sight. That same deck is great for evening drinks. The inn is very convenient to the square--just a few blocks. Canyon Road is not much farther. Our room was large and comfy. It's nice that there is a parking area in the back so that the cars are not left on the street. This is definitely a place we will stay again.

This was a really excellent Inn and the people couldn't have been nicer. Good sized rooms kept clean with beautiful linen and towels. An absolutely wonderful breakfast every morning freshly made and always different. They really know how to spoil you. Plenty of room to sit with friends inside or out on the balcony where I often shared breakfast with other guests.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing towards the back to avoid noise from the road and if you want good signal for w...
