My boyfriend and I each ordered the 3-course tasting menu, where the chef prepares whatever he wants, and we were able to request that we each received different meals so that we would be able to try more dishes. Each plate was complex and fantastic, and not something that was found on the regular menu. It was a pleasure to see what would show up next.
Our waitress was very knowledgeable. Even though the restaurant was packed, she still handled things well.
The food was too good to subtract a star, but the atmosphere was really noisy and the tables were incredibly close together. Servers had to weave between the small spaces, so this was by no means a relaxing or intimate dining experience. As long as you expect this going in, you should be okay.
