“Great restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2014

Within easy walking distance of hotel. I like to look for restaurants that don't cater to tourists. This one had a lot of local people eating dinner. Get there before 6pm, if you don't have a reservation. The Guac dip appetizer with chips and salsa is a must! My teen age son and I devoured the "Bomb," stuffed chicken breast. Really wonderful flavors. And in turn, we walked out stuffed!

“Great local spot in Santa Fe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2014

I went to Mucho Gusto recently while visiting Santa Fe with friends. The food was delicious. I had the special of the night--chicken carnitas. The different salsas were tasty, as well as the guacamole. Being from the Southwest, I always appreciate the local Mexican restaurants that are tucked away from the bright lights of the tourist destinations. This place fit the bill, and I recommend it to anyone who likes excellent Mexican food.

“Excellent dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

I had the lamb burrito special with green chile sauce and it was fantastic! It didn't have beans inside the burrito, just chunks of lamb, cheese, mushrooms, sauce, etc. black beans and rice on the side. Excellent place and service!

“excellent New Mexican food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2014

This continues to be one of the best New Mexican restaurants in a town known for them. I particularly like their chimichangas (not many places in Santa Fe offer those) and enchiladas Suiza.
Cheerful but unobtrusive service, pleasant atmosphere.

“Great Food Great Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2014

A local suggested the restaurant and what a great suggestion! Excellent and interesting food and superb service. The food has wonderful flavors and it is not standard Mexican food. The black beans have distinct flavoring as does the rice. The "BOMB" is the bomb and not to be missed. The food tastes fresh. The atmosphere is casual so no need to dress up.
