Took my parents to Shohko Cafe as they both enjoy sushi. The sushi was top notch, very fresh. The salads were beautifully prepared as well. Appetizers all good quality. The service was also excellent. My major complaint is the restaurant itself. The entrance is very haphazard, random chairs, fans, menus, and shelves with plates and glasses on them are what you enter in to. We were initially given a table by the sushi bar which was lout, hot and too bright. We then moved into a back room which was much quieter. Some of the decor was pretty, but upon closer inspection the walls and baseboards were very dirty. The place needs a good sprucing up. I would go back and eat at the sushi bar or takeout but not sure I would eatin the restaurant again.
