If you want first class treatment, this is the place. The service was perfect and the environment was fantastic. Nothing cookie cutter about this hotel. Each room is unique and special. The breakfast was great. My wife and i had massages and were very pleased with them. Location was in town, but off the beaten path.

Room Tip: Try the room Jasmine. perfect for a couple.

Santa Fe is one of my favorite 3 night vacation spots...a different slice of Americana, diverse population on multiple levels, feast for the eyes, and good food.

The Inn at the Five Graces is consistent with that experience and is one of my favorite places to stay. If you don't like dark rooms with lots of rugs, fabrics, and mosaics, this is not the place for you and you should find more modern lodging options in Santa Fe. Though the construction is typically southwestern adobe dark on the inside, a good lighting plan allows you to navigate every corner of the room and provides better than normal reading light around the bed or via comfortable chairs. The bathroom has what differentiates a luxury bathroom from a very good bathroom: two sinks, separate shower and tub, bath sheets instead of small bath towels, and a blow dryer with the attachments so one can tame any type of hair. My biggest concerns are as follows. They need to update their mattresses, the breakfast was bland though there are multiple options. Housekeeping needs to do a better job vacuuming. On the other hand, they provide plenty of electronic options, snacks and beverages, and a cozy place within walking distance of many of the sites.

I would rate the experience better than most, convenient, comfortable, and a perfect compliment to the iconic experience that is Santa Fe. Enjoy!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with lots of windows or sky lights and a new firmer mattress. Plan to spend some tim...

The Inn of the Five Graces is what other accommodations can only aspire to be. The ambiance, setting, interior decoration, and staff are unbelievably fantastic. I've stayed in the Luminaria, and the Magnolia. This last time I made a mistake on the date (we could only stay one night and reserved a two-bedroom suite) and the staff came up with two other rooms; they took only 10 minutes to fix the room (turning the lights and music on, a personalized note, salsa and chips). And then THEY apologized for the inconvenience! Thank you Joelle, Joshua, and everyone else - we'll be back most definitely!

I struggled greatly as to whether to write a review for Inn of the Five Graces. This hotel is wonderful and deserves an excellent rating, but it's so amazing that I just wanted to keep this a secret for myself!

Inn of the Five Graces is a truly wonderful hotel and we had a great experience in Santa Fe. We were going to Santa Fe with friends for a vacation and happened upon Inn of the Five Graces on line when looking for a place to stay. This boutique hotel went well beyond any expectations we had. First, the service and attention to detail is extraordinary. We were met by the assistant manager upon our arrival who escorted us to the lobby. The staff, to a person, are friendly, warm and truly want you to enjoy your stay.

The decor of the rooms are a blend of Middle Eastern and South Asian styles. It gives one a sense of being in an exotic place but still has the great New Mexico feel. There is no gratuity as it is included in your stay so you're not always looking for change to tip. That made me much more relaxed. The rooms are stocked with items in the refrigerator daily but if you needed anything, it's simply a phone call away. Also, there were cookies or some goodies every afternoon that was worth enjoying because they were always wonderful. Breakfast was provided daily and could be delivered to your room or you could eat in the lounge or courtyard area. By the way, the breakfast was fabulous! They don't have a restaurant for other meals but I understand that is coming.

Overall, this is an A++ hotel that is run well and designed to look after guests. The service is outstanding and you are treated as if you are a guest in their home, not just a hotel. It is a beautiful hotel matching the adobe style of Santa Fe with comfortable, warm and inviting rooms. The decor is from Seret and Sons, just a short walk from the hotel, and well worth a visit to see the unique furniture, carpets, etc. Their attention to detail and care of the guests is incomparable. If you're traveling to Santa Fe or anywhere near there, I highly recommend Inn of the Five Graces. We're definitely going to make another trip!

Room Tip: They have multiple styles of rooms so review them on line or call the hotel. We stayed upstairs ove...

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at Inn of Five Graces. The grounds/rooms are works of art and the service is impeccable. Don't forget to visit Seret and Sons around the corner to meet the master of this museum inn. Johnny at Santa Fe Balloons gave us an experience of a lifetime ... thanks for the recommendation!

We will be back!

Room Tip: Lilium is on the second floor above a gorgeous courtyard. The room has beautiful light!

If you like to be pampered and sorrounded by beautiful things, this is the place to stay in Santa Fe. The suite is decorated beautifully with wonderful fabrics, cozy furniture and amazing woodwork! (If you like modern, minimalist decor this is not your place)The attention to detail is commendable: stocked refrigerator with complimentary refreshments and snacks, expresso coffee machine, fresh chips and salsa upon arrival, daily newsletter with activities and weather forecast delivered at you room with a plate of cookies when they do the turn-down service., bath salts and other beauty products, thick and soft terry robes and slippers, wonderful music system, 2 flat screen tv's,.......and the list goes on and on! The staff at the reception and breakfast room are extremely helpful and friendly. They will try to please and assist you with any request. They have a variety of complimentary newspapers at the reception area and breakfast is served in an adjoining room and terrace. The menu offers some interesting and delicious choices all of which we tried and enjoyed. Location is great! We were within walking distance of all the places and restaurants we visited. The only negative was that we had a room above ours and some nights we awoke with the sound of footsteps from above.( We had the room called Tourmaline) But this would not keep us from coming back!

The room, the service, the area, the attention to details - AMAZING! From the moment we walked in the door through the moment we left, every little detail was exceptional. Upon check-in, we were greeted in our room by a bottle of champagne (we were there celebrating our 10th anniversary), cookies - and the best salsa we had the entire trip! The staff was friendly, helpful, engaging and missed absolutely nothing! Honestly, I could have stayed for a much longer time. This slice of heaven should not be missed! The Inn is as warm and inviting as the people that work there. We felt very special, very cared for and would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you to Joelle and team for enhancing our trip to New Mexico! Oh, and the bathroom was pretty cool, too!!
