I struggled greatly as to whether to write a review for Inn of the Five Graces. This hotel is wonderful and deserves an excellent rating, but it's so amazing that I just wanted to keep this a secret for myself!
Inn of the Five Graces is a truly wonderful hotel and we had a great experience in Santa Fe. We were going to Santa Fe with friends for a vacation and happened upon Inn of the Five Graces on line when looking for a place to stay. This boutique hotel went well beyond any expectations we had. First, the service and attention to detail is extraordinary. We were met by the assistant manager upon our arrival who escorted us to the lobby. The staff, to a person, are friendly, warm and truly want you to enjoy your stay.
The decor of the rooms are a blend of Middle Eastern and South Asian styles. It gives one a sense of being in an exotic place but still has the great New Mexico feel. There is no gratuity as it is included in your stay so you're not always looking for change to tip. That made me much more relaxed. The rooms are stocked with items in the refrigerator daily but if you needed anything, it's simply a phone call away. Also, there were cookies or some goodies every afternoon that was worth enjoying because they were always wonderful. Breakfast was provided daily and could be delivered to your room or you could eat in the lounge or courtyard area. By the way, the breakfast was fabulous! They don't have a restaurant for other meals but I understand that is coming.
Overall, this is an A++ hotel that is run well and designed to look after guests. The service is outstanding and you are treated as if you are a guest in their home, not just a hotel. It is a beautiful hotel matching the adobe style of Santa Fe with comfortable, warm and inviting rooms. The decor is from Seret and Sons, just a short walk from the hotel, and well worth a visit to see the unique furniture, carpets, etc. Their attention to detail and care of the guests is incomparable. If you're traveling to Santa Fe or anywhere near there, I highly recommend Inn of the Five Graces. We're definitely going to make another trip!
