“Lives up to hype”

More character than any hotel we've ever enjoyed. Better service than the best Ritz hotel. Bent over backwards for us even though we were only staying 1 night. Fully stocked mini-fridge (snacks, drinks, fruit, cheese, crackers, home-made salsa and chips), valet parking, and cooked-to-order breakfast (which can be ordered for your room) are included in cost. Walking distance to all of the downtown sights/museums. Their website photos do a very good job showing what each room looks like. Only negative we could mention is that some rooms are in an older 2 story building - creaking floors give ambiance, but could wake light sleepers. Wish this hotel was closer to home.

Room Tip: Check the online descriptions and photos - you can also call and they will help you get the room you...

It was definitely hard to leave this inn! So beautiful, exotic details, fantastic tile work, perfect location (in the old, old charming center of Santa Fe), and a wonderful staff who were always there when you needed them, friendly and unpretentious. I loved this place!!! Oh, did I mention the fabulous bed? I could have fit 4 friends in it! And walking distance to Canyon Road and to Kakawa Chocolates.

Dear Walksfarwoman,
Thank you for your gracious remarks in regards to your recent stay with us at The Inn of The Five Graces. We strive to make our inn a home away from home for our guests when they are in Santa Fe. We too wish you could have stayed a few extra days. Our location being close to Kakawa Chocolates is definitely an added benefit, especially for the staff! Thank you again for taking the time to post such a nice review and hopefully, you will be able to stay with us again very soon.

My wife and I have travelled around the world and have stayed at many superb hotels and inns. From the moment we arrived until the moment we (very reluctantly) left, everything about ths Inn was perfect. The rooms are very unusually decorated, ultra comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious, etc. But the best thing about this fabulous place is its staff. Every person there is on a mission to make guests feel welcome, wanted and appreciated. They don't even want to be tipped! Everything is included, the breakfasts are fabulous, and everything in the room is free. Guests are truly pampered day and night. We have stayed at more than 50 Relais & Chateaux around the world and The Five Graces is the best yet!

It was my 1st visit to Santa Fe. The Inn is downtown close to all that is the beauty of Santa Fe. OK, I'm a 5 star guy. I must be honest, this was my 1st recommended stay at a privately owned Inn. I could go on and on, but, I won't. Here's what you need to know, I wish I could have stayed forever. I mean that! The rooms and service are spectacular! After, just 4 nights, I knew everyone's name. That never happens at a chain 5 star resorts. Literally, I was blown away. I actually made friends with the entire staff, from the front desk to the maid service. Just magnificent! Here's my bottom line, don't be a 5 star national snob. The Inn at 5 graces will change your entire view on luxury stays. You ask, you receive. Nothing sterile. Feel the essence of people who really care. It's my new favorite!

Dear Kevin B,
Thank you so much for appreciating the fact that The Inn of The Five Graces is a small, family owned luxury boutique hotel that strives to provide a very special guest experience. Due to our intimate size and nature, we are able to offer a unique and personal level of service for each of our guests. Many of our guests do become our extended family and we look forward to each time they visit. The staff really enjoyed getting to know you and are already looking forward to your return. Thank you again for recognizing what and who we are and for taking the time to share your comments in such a nice review.

Superlatives can't capture the sublimity of this property.

Perfect in every respect, but especially the finest, most attentive staff we've ever encountered, striking exactly the right note of unobtrusive attention to your every need. Absolutely world class personal service, including a call a week before our arrival to ask if they could assist with restaurant and/or activity reservations for our stay.

Other reviewers have well captured the look & feel of the property. Excellent full breakfast included. Great location, an easy stroll to Santa Fe's core art galleries, museums, and restaurants. Valet parking included, but who needs it?

Absolute delight. Pricey, but must say, worth it. "No Tipping" policy is great, because it adds to the sincerity quotient of staff doing their utmost to make your stay memorable.

Budget time to simply enjoy "being" there.

By far one of the most unique hotels I've been in. Our suite really was much more like a small house with a large patio then a hotel suite. The furnishings are extraordinary. The decor is of the area, but not one piece of furniture is a reproduction. The antiques are genuine, the sink is lapis, every detail is perfect. The staff is warm, friendly, informed and helpful. In the evening they come to your room, suite, etc. with delicious snacks. The large patio area is private and decorated so beautifully and comfortably that we were amazed. There is a courtyard for breakfast. The food is delicious and the ambiance is lovely. The hotel is so perfectly located that you can walk the entire city and do not need a car. Just a lovely, beautiful, comfortable hotel that anyone visiting Santa Fe should stay in.

Room Tip: The 2 bedroom suite feels like a small home and it has a private patio in the back.

Dear Susan S,
You seem to have a designer’s eye, recognizing the quality of the furnishings that we place in our guest suites. They are all handcrafted, with hand-embroidered silk tapestries, woven carpets, antique stone accents, and reclaimed wood trim and doors set throughout. We are always delighted to hear how our guests resonate with the visual experience we have created. We are also glad to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us at The Five Graces and we hope you will be able to join us again in the near future.
