“A pleasant spot for breakfast or lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013 via mobile

We came for breakfast around ten o'clock. There were two or three parties ahead of us, but we were seated promptly and sooner than the host had estimated at one of the many outdoor tables. We noticed that they were leaving tables empty, presumably to avoid seating more parties than the staff could accommodate. What a good idea!

We chose eggs Benedict and huevos rancheros from among the usual suspects on the menu and enjoyed both. The service was friendly, attentive and, within the capacity of the kitchen, prompt, with attention to refilling coffee cups and the like. It was all very enjoyable.

“Had ups and downs”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013 via mobile

Cute place, but not too great service or food unfortunately. I thought it would be a quaint little cafe, unfortunately were out of many main ingredients on a Sunday morning breakfast around 9am. Poached egg was so overcooked it was really hardboiled, bacon burned, and the wait staff seemed to be quite confused overall, rushing around and having to direct each other in front of us. Also did not seem to know the menu very well, as didn't know which meals came with sides and forgot to give us them.

“Horrible, beyond ridiculous experience”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

My family and i were on vacation to Santa Fe, went to this restaurant for lunch on Sunday around 1pm. We sat inside, where there were only two tables filled, and were told that the patio seats were filled. We ordered salad, and two sandwiches and waited for 35min. While we were waiting, a server brought another group of customers to the next table to ours. We mentioned that our food was coming out too late, and the server (whose first name was "May") not even making eye contacts, of course didn't even apologize, brought up an unreasonable excuse with irritated tone, "we've been just backed up because the patio is full!" really??!! The patio, not even the main hall, is full and the food (sandwich and salad) is late for 35min, and doesn't even apologize to the customer but rather gives an attitude???!!! So the food finally comes out 40min later, completely burnt and dry chicken for the salad, and burnt rye for Reuben sandwich. We so lost the appetite, barely ate. This restaurant completely ruined our lunch and whole image about Santa Fe!?!!. This reflected really horrible experience of New Mexico. I will probably never come to this city and state for vacation ever.

“Beautiful food, patio, people”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

After having watched a show at the Lensic recently, I noticed this cafe and decided I wanted to go there. The next day, I came in and noticed that they had a beautiful little patio area (picture above) full of flowers and color. I was attended by a sweet little Moroccan girl with the best of attitudes. I ordered a a grilled chicken sandwich and my wife got the house salad with ahi tuna on top. The plates were beautifully presented, the food was outstanding and overall, it was a very fun lunch. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time, good food and an affinity for anything beautiful. (I forgot to mention how beautiful their furniture and decorations are)
