The owner/chef of Vinaigrette is a young woman who also owns a farm that supplies most of her ingredients, So you can be sure things will be seasonal and fresh. It is a great alternative to chile and beans (even though we LOVE New Mexico cuisine) when you crave raw vegetables and such.
We are not wild about the interior space and seating style, servers we have had are just so-so, but really a small inconvenience for enjoying well prepared and creative salads. Servers come and go, so you never know when you will get one enthusiastic about their job.
