Stress free stay in this enchanting getaway. Plenty close enough to everything, but who wants to lunch anywhere else after dining in their beautiful patio restaurant for lunch.
After being out and about I always returned for lunch. Hassle free parking! Soothing nature filled view. It's the people and atmosphere that make this place. Lawrence is always happy to give directions to attractions, AND print you a map. Marcy in the gift shop is ready with a smile to chat. Seriously look no further. Beautiful property-superior service!

The Hacienda exceeded our expectations on every level. The hotel’s condition and maintenance are excellent. The well-lit artwork lining the hallways gave the feeling of being privy to a private art collection in a museum style setting. The room was well appointed, comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Housekeeping services were first-rate. The free shuttles into town were a blessing and always prompt. The hotel’s proximity to the center of town is ideal.
Yet, the butlers deserve our highest accolades. At first, we were skeptical what services they would provide and if it would be genuine. Any traveler looking to receive personal and professional service communicated with warmth and wit needs to make a reservation. While there is a butler team the individuals we interacted with regularly throughout our five night stay include: Jess- a seasoned pro with extensive culinary knowledge who tailored restaurant recommendations to our specific preferences. He can seamlessly engage with a wide variety of guests and their needs while making it all look effortless.
Pete- anyone who is active and wants to explore the area hiking, running or biking; he has great tips on where to go!
Robert- was our evening “go to” person at happy hour. He is remarkably engaging, entertaining and completely guest centered. Moreover, he happily shares area knowledge and tips you won’t find elsewhere. He makes happy hour “cheerful” to all who enter.
Bravo Hacienda on the high standards and remarkable staff!

Room Tip: High floor is quietest

Many amenities are available at this upscale resort. Perfect location close to the center city. Comfort is their key objective for any stay. Vistas from many rooms are visible. Service is their motto. Would recommend for couples or family trips.

I was attending a meeting held at the Hotel Santa Fe and was pleased to find that the lodging and staff were more than satisfactory. My room was the Picuris Jr. Suite on the second floor overlooking the main entrance of the hotel. The rooms in the suite were comfortable and roomy, and I had a little balcony with a chair if I chose to sit outside to watch the traffic go by. My room had a microwave but no refrigerator or coffee maker. (There technically is a refrigerator, but it's the mini-bar, which I wasn't interested in cracking open). The hotel serves free coffee, tea and hot water near the elevator area on each floor during morning hours. I was able to get up and stroll down the hall, pour my two cups of coffee and return to my room to enjoy it. The wifi was fairly good, and the hotel offers free bottled water at the registration desk. All you had to do was ask for it, and they will give you multiple bottles at a time if you ask. There are entrance doors at the ends of each wing, through which you must use your room key to enter. The main door is open during most of the day, but after 11 p.m. you need your room key to enter (or be buzzed in by the attendant). The restaurant in the hotel, "Amaya" does not offer very good vegetarian options, but they had great fish tacos on their happy hour menu (along with a good selection of imbibements at a good price.).

Although we went in the cooler months, I'd recommend this place any time of the year. The hotel is staffed nicely, with a concierge available to help make your plans for a wonderful visit to this charming city. Hotel Santa Fe, is very accommodating and even has a cute little purple car to take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel for tips only, to the driver. During the summer months, they have live shows out on the veranda. Unfortunately, we missed that, due to the time of year we traveled. Nevertheless, the place is clean, comfortable, relaxing, friendly, and welcoming. You'll want to relax by the fireplace inside, or by the pool outdoors. They even have an onsite spa for massages, and special pampering. If you're going to Santa Fe, you'll have no problem with your stay, if you stay here. Recommended.

Room Tip: All rooms are nice, from what I could see. The hacienda would be the top choice though.

This was our first trip to Santa Fe, (girls trip minus husbands and kids) and after doing a lot of online research, I chose the Hacienda for our hotel. It seemed to be a good value for the amenities. We were not disappointed! The included breakfast and wine and cheese was a huge plus for us. Not only was it convenient (our room was right across the hall from the lounge), it was very good. The breakfast was more than continental; there was also hot oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. There were also gluten-free bread and muffin options. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The shuttle service was very helpful, although we didn't use it all the time because we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. We didn't mind not being in the heart of the historic district, because it is still very close, and there are several very good restaurants nearby. The butlers will make recommendations and reservations and are helpful. We treated ourselves to one spa treatment. Although pricy, it was amazing! I would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only Native American owned hotel in Santa Fe. Many celebrities stay in the Hacienda section during filming in the area. Rooms, restaurant and lobby are luxurious yet very Santa Fe. Native flutist soothes the soul evenings. Food is gourmet. Service is superb with butler service in Hacienda section. Only hotel I truly love to return to time after time. I feel safe there and they see to my needs.

Room Tip: Tell them what you want and they'll tell you if available.
