Went to Brio's last Thursday June 13th for Happy Hour. Nice selection of $3.95 appetizers, including Tomato & Mozzarella Capri, Shrimptini (shrimp cocktail), Beef Carpaccio, Margarita Flatbread, Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread, Crispy Shrimp Piccante, Brio Burger (full size burger with provolone), Ravioli Caprese, Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant, and Roasted Garlic, Spinach, and Artichoke Dip served with parmesan flatbread. We had the Tomato & Mozzarella Capri (tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil served with a balsamic glaze and field greens. We also tried the burger (good) and a delicious sausage & pepperoni flatbread! We ordered a second one of those! I also had the Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant (pan seared shrimp with Romano crusted eggplant and a black pepper cream sauce) - very good. The portions of all the appetizers were generous! There were $5 drink specials including house wines, sangrias and spritzers, martinis and mojitos. We tried the Cosmo Classico and Martini Classico - both very good! On Thursdays there are additional wines at $5 per glass. I tried the Darcey Kent Cabernet and it was better than the house cabernet (Porto Palo). On Wednesday all martinis are $5. Happy Hour is from 3 to 7 with a reverse happy hour from 9 pm to closing Monday thru Friday. We sat at the bar toward the back where is was comfortably cool. (It was warm in the front part of the bar as the doors were open). Our bartender was great - Cristy Collier. Very pleasant, personable, and made great martinis. We will be going back!
